Robert Weimert, Owner – Bob has been in the aviation industry since his service in the U.S. Army in 1970. He earned his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification from Spartan Aviation Institute and spent 22 years at Garrett Aviation. Since 1997, he has been dedicated to serving the Conroe aviation community.

David Stutler, Maintenance ManagerDavid has been in aviation since 1990 and brings over a decade of experience as an A&P-certified aircraft technician. He earned his A&P certification from Westwood Aviation Institute in 2004 and holds a private pilot’s license, adding valuable operational insight to his maintenance expertise.

Patrick James, Avionics Manager Pat brings a wealth of experience in avionics, starting with his service in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004 to 2009, where he worked on Huey and Cobra helicopters. Since 2010, he has focused on avionics repair and installation in general aviation, including UH-60A to L upgrades from 2010 to 2012. With over a decade of hands-on expertise and four years at MW Aircraft Services, Pat is passionate about advancing the avionics department and is known for his sharp problem-solving skills.
When he’s not at the hangar, you can find Patrick at the volleyball court or tending to his 32 chickens.

John Barrera, Sales John has been in the aviation industry since 1977, starting his career at AirResearch as an airframe technician before advancing to engine shop operations, supervision, administration, and sales in Latin America. He earned his A&P certification from Hallmark Aero Tech in 1977. Throughout his career, John has worked with industry leaders such as AirResearch, Allied Signal, Garrett, FlightSafety, and StandardAero, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to the team.

David Boudreaux, Inspector & Aircraft Technician – Dave has been in the aviation industry since 1975 and is an expert in troubleshooting, repair, and servicing a range of piston and jet aircraft. He holds the highest FAA authorization level (IA certification) and has experience with general, corporate, military, and commercial aircraft. As a private pilot with both single and multi-engine ratings, Dave brings an understanding of aircraft operation and maintenance. Also the author of Fifty Years of Aviation Life, he is widely regarded as one of the top aircraft structural technicians in the state and is known for his expertise in the industry.

Thomas Learned, Lead Technician Thomas served in the U.S. Army for 20 years, from 1993 to 2013, specializing in Apache helicopter maintenance and serving as an instructor trainer. He is A&P-certified and holds EPA 608 & 609 certifications, having earned his A&P from TSTC in 2016. With a deep passion for aviation, his favorite aircraft is the King Air 200. Thomas has extensive expertise in flight control rigging, ensuring precision and reliability in aircraft maintenance.

Steven Bradley, Senior Aircraft Technician – Steve has extensive experience on MU-2 aircraft with his specialty including flaps, gear rigging, and 7500 wing pull. He served as an aircraft structural mechanic in the U.S. Navy for approximately four years and has been in the aviation industry since 1975, bringing decades of hands-on experience to the team.

Joshua Brown, Aircraft Technician With a strong background in precision mechanics and over 11 years of experience, Josh served as an AH-64D/E Apache mechanic in the U.S. Army from 2013 to 2021, gaining hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance. After his military service, he worked as a machinist from 2021 to 2024, further developing his technical skills and attention to detail. Now a valued member of MW Aircraft Services, Inc., he contributes his mechanical expertise and commitment to quality maintenance to the team.
